I was given so much more work than the other two workers there by the supervisor. She did absolutely nothing at all. Especially when it came to someone being out. Nitpicking things that couldn’t be helped and the small things. And was harassed constantly. Management said “just listen She knows best. Barely had supplies at times including vacuum cleaners and rags.I was in school at the time as well and told the job was more important than my family and schooling.

If you come forward with claims that you are being harassed by an employee that has been there longer than you, be prepared for nothing to be done. I went through all channels of my managers and local HR to no avail. The only route I haven’t done is corporate HR but based off past employees statements, nothing is done if you involve them either. Local HR and managers solution is to offer to send me to a different school so the issue can be swept under the rug. Would give negative stars if possible
