- Management and coordinators are very receptive and understanding - Reasonable workload and scheduling - Work travel trips within Canada - Work vehicles and specialized tools provided (drive home) - Safety as a priority - Professional training and school opportunities - Relatable, realistic, and healthy work environment - Majority of paperwork is digital - MANY opportunities for additional work
Cons
- Small company with few co-workers - Majority of jobs are done solo - Logistics and systems still in progress - More jobs than people (That's normal in our industry though...)
