Pros
- Great environment to work in. - Wide range of projects and possibility to switch between them if looking for a new challenge - Work hours flexibility - Good to get experience in different areas of software development, as you get the responsibility to manage most stuff
Cons
- The main issue is the salary. It's much lower than a software engineer can get in competitor companies. I've had friends ask about the company but stay away when I tell them the salary as they have much better offers somewhere else.
