Hectic is an understatement!
The stress from working there is unbelievable you are stressed to keep unrealistic metrics and even if you are on target a drop in your performance would get you a gaslighting that you can work on getting them on track while in reality the decision to terminate you is already taken!
They abuse the contractor employment situation to just terminate people out of the blue with no warning or heads-up
Getting ready for IPO is driving them to just fire people left and right just to save cost!
You will get fired to hire someone else for the same role with a lower package!
You can work there for over 5 years then you get fired to hire someone with a lower salary who is more likely to get fired also and the cycle continues!
Team leads are just a glorified nanny, I can’t fault them as they are powerless the management just use them to keep an eye on agents they can’t take a decision or dispute it they are expected to say yes to whatever decision is taken!
Any career path is restricted to two countries while 95% of the customer care departments are from different countries so you have no way of getting promoted!
