- Great co-workers - Nice office setting (clean, large lunch room, espresso machine, coffee, pool table, etc.) - Decent salary and benefits package (with optional pension plan and stock plan)

Cons

- Frequent mass lay-off cycles and re-organizations - Management & executive teams are not aligned; overall company direction/strategy is not clear - Environment of fear - The general manager and director are NOT people-persons; they come off as unfriendly and not at all approachable.

A sad little company, led by a sad little man. See other reviews referring to a Bond villain. Likes to surround himself with yes-men. Anybody with any ambition or spine either quits or gets fired. Although the tech is interesting, the company is circling the drain so there's no money to invest and innovate. Instead you can look forward to a treadmill of fixing bugs in 15 year old software. Every year the revenue is less than the year before. A remarkable achievement for a company in this domain. Meaning that every year there are painful cuts. People who leave don't get replaced, and others get fired to make senior management look "proactive and decisive". With the job market being what it is, you can do better than this.

The people were great to work with. Until management decided to let them all go.

Cons

Management has been extremely poor the last several years. Multiple CEOs, regular changes in direction and a lack of understanding of the market the Presagis serves. Or rather, served.
