Pays the bills, and there is a ping pong table.....

Cons

CEO marks times that people comes and goes and runs company through instilling fear and threats. CEO should be focused on fixing obvious issues and less worried about attendance . Culture is cut throat, with a lack of leaders (management located in remote offices), and very little opportunity to advance. Company hired from outside rather than promote from within. Very high turn over Lay offs Unorganized Unpredictable volume of work

Benefits were good and cost effective I liked my coworkers

Cons

Crazy employee turnover (witnessed approx. 15 people fired/quite within HR and technology departments) The CEO is more of a cold, calculated robot and nowhere close to an inspirational leader. No culture Everywhere is a political minefield in this place. "Traditional" company in all the worst ways Because the company wants to be profitable in 2020 (to satisfy investors), they cut two products they already sunk approx. $3m into and thus laid off myself and approx. 7 others.
