To start your career you can join.Be active to work.Basic knowledge provided is good.

mismanaged,Careless,Treated as Slave.Be ready to work for extended hours or else you will be fired if you don't work for saturday and even sundays.Even if you are ill the manager dont care and will say that you should come to office any how even you are critical.

They will lure you to join their company like anything

Cons

They can kick you out anyday without giving compensation. Yes, it happened with some of the employees. They will deduct your salary on the name of LOP without proper communication of leaves.
