      Back breaking work, no work life balance, huge office politics

      If you meet the unrealistic targets, the payout can be good

      Cons

      Everything else about the job - 6 day work week (and add at least 2 sundays a month), taking leaves is frowned upon, unprofessional way of working, office politics is a way of life and of course insufficient pay

      Director, Old employees, salary, work-life balance, HR department. Salary is credited on 15th, salary can be put on hold if the director who sits in Punjabi Bagh branch feels like or have a mood swing from home.
