My experience with Presight was extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about internal management practices.
I was terminated after only three weeks without any formal feedback discussion, performance review, or opportunity to address concerns. At no point during my short tenure was I informed that there were issues with my work, which makes the decision feel abrupt, unprofessional, and poorly handled.
The management style appeared highly micromanaged with limited transparency. Communication from leadership was inconsistent, and decisions seemed to be made without engaging employees in meaningful dialogue. For an organization positioning itself as a leading technology company, the lack of structured onboarding, clear expectations, and professional communication was surprising.
A healthy workplace should encourage feedback, professionalism, and mutual respect. Unfortunately, my experience suggested a culture where communication gaps and sudden decisions can significantly impact employees without fair process or accountability.
I hope the company reflects on how new employees are onboarded and managed, because people deserve clarity, respect, and the opportunity to succeed rather than being removed without explanation.
