Don't do it!

Pros

Weekly pay. Remote pay. Flexible hours depending on what time zone.

Cons

They'll entice you with a base + commission structure, but will do a rug pull as soon as you don't hit numbers (typically after the first paycheck) where it's a commission-only situation. Powertripping, Trump fan - He'll fire you for the day if he chooses to where you are shut off access to their CRM/ dialer system.

Scam Company

Business outlook

Pros

Other than getting money, there are no pros.

Cons

Scam company, money hungry egotistical owner who does not care about his employees. All he cares about is money. He wanted me to hire people from low income areas and other countries so he didn't have to pay them a high wage. He was constantly making changes that negatively affected the clients and the employees, without notice. He was confusing and contradictory. One time he waved a gun on cam during a meeting. He was very full of himself. He fired several longtime employees who worked really hard to help his business grow. He did not care that the people who worked for him had families and were left high and dry after firing them. We were all contracted so he didn't have to pay unemployment. At one point he told us he was losing thousands of dollars every month because of his inability to manage a business. The business was doing okay before him and his ex decided to split ways, and he bought her out. He paid her $2 million to go away, and she took several employees with her. Do not waste your time applying for this job.
