Pros

- As a trainer with Pressco, you'll have the opportunity to travel extensively across the US. As with field support positions, overtime hours for travel are paid. - Many coworkers have been with Pressco for 10+ years demonstrating both that they work hard to keep employees happy. - Coworkers are always willing to help (especially when you need help first starting off with the company). - Benefits for employees (including new hires) are very good.

Cons

- Long work hours when travel is involved. Travel home on weekends is not always possible. - Sunday travel is common for field service and training personnel. - Change within the company takes awhile and is often reactionary.

Pros

Flex time. Vacation. Fun tw Building events.

Cons

Cheap company. No raises. Reviews were Written to prevent raises. Completely inaccurate. Religion at all events Owner and senior management all bought new cars while employees got no raises. Cheapness everywhere while “the family” bought cars instead of giving employees raises. No understanding of a quality system.

Pros

Pleasant atmosphere at work; nice co-workers; flex time

Cons

Minimal to no pay raises or bonuses. Pay raise amounted to $2 a paycheck (no kidding - $52/year). Minimal training. No potential for growth. High health insurance premiums (made less when I left than when I started after the raise in health care premiums). More likely to get money winning a game at an Xmas party or summer party than for the work you accomplish.
