      Fully remote. Team is great, friendly and helpful. No micromanagment or annoying HR practices. More days off each week to counterbalance the night and weekend shifts. You get to learn a lot of different things regarding their tech stack and also wordpress

      Cons

      On-call rotational shift, meaning morning, afternoon and nights, weekends and holidays included. No salary raises. Skill learning can reach a ceiling after some time.
