Pros
Most of the team is made up of young senior level programmers which are always willing to help you in any situation, work related or not. The management team is great, always understands your needs and tries to fulfil them. Being a small team you are involved or aware of most of development tasks. The team is dynamic and always up to date with the latest technologies, so you always have something new to learn from them. Great vibe in the office, you have games, ping-pong table or other relaxing activities you can do.
Cons
Less formal training. Being a small company they do not have always the time to give you the training you need in order to be productive in the shortest period of time.

Pros
Open-minded people who enjoy challenges and like to think long term. Many opportunities have been had to be creative in day-to-day work.
Cons
Some engineering debt made parts of the job challenging sometimes, but this was something being worked on. The scope of the company and the business itself can feel hopeless at times.
