Pros
The staffing is all very nice, easy to make friends and get along with. You start with 2 weeks vacation, and very good pay.
Cons
Once you are in the door, don't expect to many raises, so make sure you start at a more comfortable level. Upper management can not stay focused and continually jumps from idea to idea. This then creates very stressful work days at times.
