Fellow Employees are great! They don't get enough credit.
Cons
Where do I begin? Owners have NO formal training in office. i.e Accounting, Billing etc. Yet think they know more then (years of) experienced employees that know the actual procedures, in which case you will be treated poorly because they are intimidated by you. Owners are on power trips. The turn over rate at this company is ridiculous. They treat their Employees like dogs unless you stick up for yourself. Screaming at some employees until they are reduced to tears. Benefits (Medical)are basic and only because its the now the law to provide it. Knowingly hiring Illegal workers because they will work for sub par pay. Mindless meetings with no resolution because the owners like to hear themselves talk. Long work hours for salaried positions. Don't expect to do the job they hired you for. They will have you doing the job of 3-4 different positions for the same pay. Oh, and you even get to be the Janitor and restock and change toiler paper rolls from time to time. Constantly hiring Consultants to "Improve" the company yet never heeding their advice. I could go on, But do I really need to?
