These reviews are fake, just pay attention when you read them. Even the 1-star reviews are obviously engineered to make you think it's a good company. So unethical There are no real pros.
Cons
The owner is a terrible person. He has bad anger issues and can't keep his politics to himself. I can't wait to be done with this job. Unethical practices from the top down.
This organization has some pretty incredible people working in it. The job itself is rewarding in so many ways and the culture is def one of a kind. The products they sell are extremely beneficial to their clients when they need it the most. I would know first hand because I sold me dad a policy when I worked there and he ended up using it when ge got sick. These guys really do what they say and they take care of new agents. It was tough when starting out in a new sales job but the training with Prestige Group teaches new agents how to start from scratch. They do a great job with incentives and taking care of the new people. Great company to work with if you are looking to cut your teeth in sales or if you are an experienced insurance agent. I made close to 6-figures even though I was new to sales so that says a lot about their compensation. AND they are basically the only company that gives all of the money back to their clients if they stay healthy.
Cons
Biggest one I can think of is this is not a corporate America job so they don't pay you by the hour. You get paid from results...which is something most companies don't do at all. But instead you get to make your own schedule, which I had to have with my kids. If you need to get paid by the hour, this job isn't a good one. But if you want to get paid more, I was able to make a lot here.
