Literally none, trust me it is horrible. Refer to Cons below for the details of the job responsibilities, hours, compensation, etc.

Got hired to prestige right out of college thinking it would be a good start to gain experience in the marketing field, however, calling someone a "MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE" does not make it marketing. It is a PYRAMID SCHEME sales job. You get paid $400 a week to work 5-6 days a week and 12 hours (7AM - 7PM) everyday. By all means if you are looking for a position that requires you to do "promotional marketing" events at gas stations or outside of DSS trying to sell people car cleaner (whilst cleaning cars in a suit) or getting people at DSS to sign up for Assurance Wireless phones, then apply and you'll get hired because they don't care about you at all they just want you to sell crap products for them so they can make money. Everything they say is absolute BS and it is an absolute waste of time. All of these "positive" reviews on Glassdoor I am 100% convinced that they were written and submitted by the people at the top of the pyramid in order to lure people and make them join this joke of a "company". SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND EFFORT AND APPLY SOMEWHERE ELSE, unless you like be used and abused by this worthless company.

I am finally happy with where I work!

Prestige is such a positive work environment! Everyone I work with is so nice, positive and driven. I have never been so excited to go to work. The training is awesome I'm constantly learning and growing both professionally and personally.

Cons

I work hard and find my self at the office most of the time but I see my progress daily which has been very fulfilling for me.
