Pros

You get a paycheck. It's small, but you'll get one. Diverse workforce. I liked most of my coworkers. No background checks or drug screen, which is a plus for some, but also means they hire bottom of the barrel and if you're a good employee you'll be picking up their slack.

Cons

Low pay, no raises, no air conditioning. General manager does not care about employees. Promises raises so you stick around during busy season, when they are perpetually short staffed. When you get your paycheck and the raise isn't there he will make an excuse and then make another promise that will never happen. You only get 2 ten min breaks and 1 thirty minute lunch, even if you work 11 hours. The building is about 100 degrees in the summer with little airflow. You can only get drinks and go to the bathroom on your breaks. Good employees get nitpicked for every little thing, while bad employees do multiple no call no shows in a row and no one says a word to them about it. They will tell you its 40 hours a week, occasional weekends, but you will work 9-11 hours a day 6 days a week mandatory. Leads will literally tell you to send out covers that have flaws, and then blame you when the customer complains. They don't value their employees hardwork and show little respect. I have a college degree, a congenial disposition, and excellent attendance and some temps were treated with more respect than I was. The GM talked to me in ways that my own father would never talk to me. This is the worst job I have ever had. No job satisfaction at all, and no room for advancement.

Pros

Some of the new people are nice.

Cons

The owner is a slim ball. They two office girls will toss anyone under the bus, if they feel threatened, they will train you to fail. They leave out information and if you mess up they run to the boss and he fires them. The owner and the manger will run out the door and have someone else fire the person. The are evil wrong people. That have no respect for people. Jim wiley is an awful business man and evil. . Karma. DON'T APPLY WITH THIS PLACE..
