Interview process was very straightforward. Other than that, would not recommend this company at all, unless you like not being treated with respect.

Cons

Horrible management. Company does not care about their employees, value hard work, or even discipline workers who lie about their time sheets.

Benefits after your probationary period. It's a foot in the door for technical lab experience. Better pay than other lab contractors.

Cons

I can't think of any cons for this company. I left because I got a permanent position.
