      Company is a HOT MESS! Run by a control freak COO with a mind for accounting, and no respect for people.

      Good location. Decent building. That's it.

      Cons

      The Leadership of the company is in dire need of being replaced. They compensate the 'higher ups' well and employ people working at the lower end of the business for peanuts, and expect them to be grateful. It is a best practice of theirs to demote people and cut their pay significantly, meanwhile, upper management sits pretty and drives everyone else insane. There is no balance and the culture is cut throat. The owners are all 'not' on the same page, and are like 'keystone cops.' No training and development. People are expected to work and learn on their own.

      Run Away

      Not many except for decent pay

      Cons

      Poor management skills, run away if you are thinking to work here. They don’t care about employees development and tend to focus more on the minor issues expecting employees to know everything without the proper training. If you ask a question they hold it against you instead of helping you. Look for a better PEO. They care more about short term results rather than long term, they are a revolving door, terminate everyone for the most minor mistakes and always changing the team on the clients which leads to more chaotic approach as the client starts from zero again building a relationship but they don’t know the value of long lasting relationships. Again run away.

      Terrible experience, from very first week at Prestige!

      Amazing colleagues, in all departments.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Poor morale across departments. NO FLEXIBILITY. Workload is unrealistic. Every department is understaffed. Employees are underpaid and overworked.
