      Company truck that you take home

      Cons

      Company is only worried about profit margins now. Mgmt does not care about you nor do they listen. They are unable to fully explain pay schedule. Anytime you have an issue with an account you are given the "they're a national account" excuse.

      Over work & under paid

      - Some co-workers become family - You do gain a lot of knowledge and experience since you’re working every position

      Cons

      - They will use you until you have nothing left then they replace you - A lot of the men feel women shouldn’t be in managerial roles - it’s the “good ol’ boy system”.
