Compliance is your option for survival. If you’re a good tech who does everything they say then this is your place to be. But if you prefer being an individual this isn’t the fit.

Cons

Management lacks actual experience in industry Techs fail to successfully work as a team at some locations Communication seems mixed and confused. Understanding operations and proper procedures do automotive repairs are not being followed to benefit the customer but to benefit policy.
