Pros

Plenty of work if you need to stay busy, management skills can be developed, field personnel are great folks.

Cons

Pay was extremely low for industry standard, atrocious hours, constant changes in "team" structures, fraternity-like management style. Technical skills not put to use. Incentives not offered. Out-of-touch leadership.
