Pros

Gosh, i wish I could provide a 'pro'. I guess the only "Pro" I could provide is that it was a paycheck. There's no future with this firm.

Cons

EXPENSIVE insurance EXPENSIVE parking pay is below grade Very Old Schooled environment; management won't update any systems.

Pros

They pay well and that's it

Cons

Attorneys are old fashioned in how they treat their staff- demeaning, rude and want you to be a robot. Partners can be heard yelling from their office about how DEI is ruining the world. Employees of diverse backgrounds are ridiculed and called names. God forbid you try to have an idea or independent thought because if you do, you'll be told you are overstepping. You will be lied to- hybrid schedule? Yes, it is a firm policy but not every attorney allows it which you won't know until you are already hired. Think you're doing a good job? Not so fast- they will only take feedback from attorneys and ignore feedback from staff. Want to take a break? Be prepared to be yelled at for being lazy. The men are pigs. Female staff are frequently called "sweetie" and that's if you're lucky. They won't bother to learn your name, and expect you to answer to "hey you" or to them beckoning you with their hand.
