Pros

Offers great experience in business operations, marketing, creative projects, c-suite communication, and more. A great opportunity for working and collaborating with dedicated executives and employees.

Cons

Great place to start, not a good place to grow.

Pros

Great company to get your foot in the door at, they consistently take on new talent. The teams responsible for the actual suite of products are very hardworking and generally make themselves available to help.

Cons

The pay is not good, the average retail worker and fast food employee makes about the same across the east coast as of 2022 (source: department of labor). Do not be fooled by the bonus structure, on average you’ll receive 1-3 bonus’s a year as the close rate on new business is around %15. The management is not flexible nor do they listen to any criticism, which creates more problems than it solves. It really depends on the department you’re in as there are some great and talented people working for this company but it’s also quite a small company that isn’t growing very much— leadership is happy with this and focuses mostly on existing customer relationships but turnover is extremely high since there’s no company career path/growth plan.

Pros

Sometimes when there was a visiting client, you'd get free lunch.

Cons

This is truly the worst, most aggressive, toxic company I've ever worked with. You would get yelled at for going to the bathroom, expected to work overtime constantly with no warning, and the office is filled with screaming and cursing. Pay was horrible, coworkers very stand-off-ish. Constantly threatened. If you didn't understand a medical term, you would be told to "Google it." I am not above the thought that any corporation is too far gone to change for the better, and I wholeheartedly wish the company a better future. But, it is up to you if you want to take that risk on your emotional wellbeing.
