Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and we’d like to reflect on some of the points you raised.
As you pointed out, our environment does come with high responsibilities right from the start. This is one of the advantages of being in a hyper-growth company. It provides opportunities for accelerated learning and professional development.
What may seem like messy management is often a result of the fast-paced, dynamic nature of hyper-growth. Change happens fast, and we respond quickly to ensure our customers get the best service, even if it sometimes means setting sail before everything is perfectly in place.
While it can feel unsettling when colleagues leave, our turnover rate is significantly below the industry average. We aim to provide a supportive workplace where people grow.
We value transparency and address it through monthly company-wide meetings, where we share our strategy and goals. We also encourage open dialogue with leadership, including the Co-Founders.
We offer flexible hours and home office options; and we believe that each individual is co-responsible for managing their workload in a way that suits their personal life while also achieving the company goals.
