Pros

Great close-knit team, supportive leaders, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing global business. Working across different areas of the business helps you develop a broad skill set and gain exposure to a variety of functions. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Like many growing businesses, Prezzee has experienced periods of shifting priorities and uncertainty as it has scaled. This has occasionally resulted in operational inefficiencies, but there have been recent improvements and a genuine effort from leadership to listen to feedback, and execute changes.

Pros

The energy, collaboration, and culture across the team is unique. Passion for roles, product and clients is seen every day. The job isnt always easy, and like anywhere there are challenges, but you get through those, often together. The support I get from others in the team, both personally and at work is fabulous. Hard work, but a lot of fun too.

Cons

A global business can mean some unusual hours at times but it isn't often. With all Execs based in AU we have less visibility sometimes than we could, but this I dont think is through intent, just circumstance, and it feels like this is evolving.

Pros

Cons

There are a handful of good people here, but in my experience structural decisions often made it very difficult to set teams up for success. With what felt like extremely limited budget, no clear tracking, and inconsistent strategy, execution became demoralizing. The slow pace of decision making and the gap I perceived between stated priorities and actual investment made it hard to maintain the enthusiasm I started with My advice to future candidates: trust the Glassdoor reviews. Where there's smoke there's fire.
