This is a place where you can grow and extend your learning. Also this is where you can be challenge in what things you know and don't know but before you know it you will learn a lot by hands on.
Cons
There isn't any paid sick-leave and the vacation time off is very different. They go by how many hours you have work and it will take a very long time to get 2 days off. But if you need time off most of the time there isn't any problems getting time off you need.
