Bullying, miss-management, favouritism, no legal procedures in place, unfair practices, poor outdated systems. No communication, too laid back with people

Glad I got out when I did

They can’t hold staff because management are distant and ignore your opinion. I have witnessed everything from drunk staff to forms of bullying, dont be a yes man there or before you know it you will be in over your head. Probably needs an acquisition to clean out the management and their market reputation.
