      good minimum pay if that is all you need and dont care about sales.

      Cons

      very low support from management team. you are on your own. expect drama at the dealership and things to be blamed on you that you didnt do. Management doesnt have your back. They have minimum sales goals that are unreachable and management will not help you to reach them. Dont try asking for help
