Good salaries starting out, gorgeous new modern building, opp to learn a lot.

Cons

They're very top heavy with male management and they don't to have a lot to offer. Def witnessed and experienced some inappropriateness as far as treatment of women and ethnicities. It's an unforgiving environment for sure with no real on boarding program. Lots of favoritism.
