10 cent raise every 6 months Celebrates chrismas and thankgivin etc More than half of part timers are confidential and makes you feel apart of something Extra dollar per hour on sunday Paid vacation If you look like government u get the benefit of doubt always Work under pressure.
Cons
Full timers will make you look worse than you really apear. If you get promoted they will make you feel like you cannot do your job. (I have seen this happen many times) And yeah there like that with many part timers even when doing great job.
