      Toxic culture. RUN AWAY!

      Nothing that I could think of and thats bad.

      Cons

      Poor management and incompetent HR team. High turnovers. They don't care about you as an employee. Low salary. They wanted me to work for 5 people in one role.

      Wow - where to start...! A lot of Exec's (including the CEO) and influential people have left. They have left behind an empty shell. Its a shame that the positive culture that was present before, has been eroded by some very negative and aggressive VP's that are left, plus a general lack of vision/purpose to the company! With the lack of strategy has come a complete lack of innovation, as we all know the two things are tightly connected. HR work is non-existent, there is no performance reviews, no escalation process, no focus on career development and no rewarding good performance. Thats about it for now...
