      CMML3 concern.Good structure & environment.

      top management from Pricol tech can change the rules as per their flexibility. they don't follow the rules. Only the execution team have to follow. (rules are meant only for execution team). If you are in bench for a certain period of time you will be automatically given notice period. (Actually isn't the problem of Resource its problem with managers. If they don't like you they will make you wait on the bench to kick you out of the company.) no work life balance. ( 9 hours billing per day + lunch and break + meeting hours+ company related training etc, so totally you should be 10+ hours in office)

      - very hardworking company and sleepless management

      Cons

      - always look out for meeting numbers rather employees relation and retention - no rewards / recognition for achievement - wont keep up the promises - they have a people philosophy called VIBRANCE - whereas they dont follow it, absurd - very less salary compared to the market - They dont care.

      Place to work after leaving your self respect at home

      If you love being idle and doing nothing, it is the best place to work, cause there is not much projects and most employees are on bench.

      Cons

      The whole company is controlled by a lobby of people from a former company. Most of the senior managers are from that company. There is no value for performance and hard work. Most of the managers play dirty politics to keep their position safe. If they feel any of their subordinates are going one up on them, they will manufacture reasons to give them a bad appraisal. What else do you expect when you have senior project managers who are diploma holders. If you work in favour of the lobby, you are safe. The HR is only there for entertainment. The most ineffective hr I have seen any place.
