Pros

Some of the best co-workers I've ever had or will have. It's a shame they aren't compensated for what they do every day, especially those in the field.

Cons

There is no leadership, it's a disgrace when the President does whatever the COO and CFO tell him to do. Morale is horrible at Corporate and in the field because of their so called "leadership" and they refuse to acknowledge that. This is only a small part of what has been wrong here for the last 15 years.

Pros

Your immediate coworkers will probably be good folks to work with. Benefits are okay. You can have a positive impact of people's lives. No one is responsible for anything, so even if you are a total screw-up, it's hard to get fired. Actually, that's PROBABLY not a 'PRO,' now that I think about it.

Cons

The senior staff are the worst collection of executives I've ever come across. I saw a previous comment that three need to retire. I agree with that assessment, except there's more than just three that need to leave including one relatively new hire that's not even near retirement age. Also, pay is horrible and there is no incentive to perform.

Pros

The benefits are the best part of this company, also a few great co-workers.

Cons

No raises for lower level employees for 7-8 years so grossly underpaid. Relocated the corporate office 30 miles further away from most of the employees homes, so a third of the office quit before the move. Morale has been horrible for many years in the corporate office and in the field. Longtime employees with lots of experience, background and contacts are let go to hire people with no knowledge of the business, at lower salaries and less benefits.
