100+ cons if i keep writing. - unclean place and environment. - unprofessional behavior from the CEO himself - branding us as labors - office doesn't look professional - no regular salaries.

- Teammates are friendly. - Freshers has learning opportunity.

Cons

- Management has an old mentality and CEO behavior is not professional. - Lack of organization. Works in a very unorganized way which wastes lots of time and effort. - Salary is not regular. Minimal compensation and benefit. Employees are forced to buy pen, notebook, and desk accessories by own. - Monitor employee with Cctv, staying at the desk is more important than good work. - Working on old tech, No ided about industry best practices, really need some talented people to keep the boat floating. - Bad HR policies, messy workflow. Not suitable for seniors.

They are working with latest technology. It has large business domain based on garments industry

Cons

Poor management, awful salary structure. Top management treats as garments worker of their engineer. No scope for building career besides there is huge work pressure according to salary
