      Pros

      Lots of different projects all the time so it stays interesting. Most people are great to work with which is nice

      Cons

      Sometimes organizational structure is a little messy or a lot and it’s not always easy to get things done correctly without lots of handholding.

      Management doesn't have the best communication. The structure is a little convoluted and it takes top leadership extreme pressure to make a decision
