Some of the management definitely do care about you, accommodate whereever needed, flexible and some staff are absolutely amazing.
Cons
Some of the new management, HR manager and old management are absolutely horrible. They act like they are on this high horse and are out to get you, they thrive on bringing people down. WAY too many cliques at Henley Place. You have to choose one or else everyone looks down on you. You only get scheduled a couple of shifts, the rest you have to pick up. A lot of racism in this workplace, this is the reason I will be quitting.

Nice looking facility and and nice location
Cons
Poor toileting routines and repositing of residents. Poor respect of residents and Poor management. Poor quality of food, always running out of food and supplies. Not respectable toward family members needs of loved ones. Would not recommend working here.
