Cons
Very shady business practices. Unless you are part of the "Management Team", your opinion is worth nothing. Human Resources (which is not even a department) is a joke. The relaxed and casual environment they promote in job ads is a complete lie! They had a couple of years of success but are now going under....constant rounds of layoffs (that's the only way they can keep their doors open). The owner thinks he knows it all but he obviously doesn't...
