- Most of the 'lower' end staff, under directors, are underpaid and overworked. Several hours over the weekly 40 are needed every week, though positions are salary and the handbook documents and they advertise a 'full-week' at 37.5 hours.
- No performance based compensation, no regular performance reviews.
- Low pay no regular raises...anymore
- Many leaders have very out of date knowledge and practices, no effort or movement to their professional growth.
- Productive employees often get even more overloaded since majority of the staff has no direction or clue whats going on.
- Many benefits advertised are not true. When you ask you are told 'its not in the budget anymore.'
- High turn around as of lately due to disconnects and dysfunctional project handling
-Little follow through on projects, emails, accurate answers from leaders.
-Lots of down-stream blame with no actions taken.
- High Drama in the workplace
-Many mistakes and inaccurate outcomes produced and sold.
If I could summarize the attitude of those in charge, it is either "This is how its always been done." or "Its not in the budget". No wiliness to try new things or improved methods because its not what they were taught when they started there. They have little visuals into the actual day-to-day work required so continue to overload employees.
