This organization is extremely unorganized, with management and leadership displaying inconsistent and often unclear expectations. Several leaders come across as egotistical, setting unrealistic standards without providing proper guidance or clarification. When upset, they have no issue calling staff out publicly and unprofessionally, often without explaining the reasoning behind their concerns. Each leader operates with different expectations, creating confusion and inconsistency across the team. Additionally, the hiring and onboarding process was excessively long, taking several months before I was able to start working. Overall, the leadership does not appear adequately equipped to effectively oversee mental health services.
