      Pros

      I have a really fab team - with loads of autonomy and exposure to different areas and projects I want to develop into, which I don't think is typical of a company of this stage. Loads of potential/exciting change to come from new strategic shift.

      Cons

      Rocky few months through business change - but genuinely think it's setting us up for longterm success.
