Lack of training will throw you to clean & stock multiple jets with no sense to even try & help terrible management & somewhat nit picky depending the mood they are in

Pros

The detailers job is pretty straight forward. It takes some time and elbow grease to clean airplanes but it is not a difficult job. Work can come in waves where you'll be incredibly busy and other days might only work half a day.

Cons

If you are the operations manager, you will be the fall guy/gal for the company. If anything happens that the higher ups don't like, even if it's out of your control, you will be terminated.
