      1.Working environment is very nice. 2. IT equipped with modern facility 3. Employee oriented 4.Better than any other local bank 5.Management is better for employee.

      1.We have scope to change more but positive 2. Management can find our more motivating tool for employees. 3.Management can provide not monitory motivation,like foreign training, Out side trip,etc.
