I worked under horrendous conditions, endured exploitative hours, and was subjected to a training program that was nothing more than a disorganized mess of YouTube scam sales videos. It was clear that no real structure or professionalism existed at this company. I eventually quit because I wasn't about to waste more of my time working for a company that blatantly refuses to pay employees and operates under unethical business practices. Warning to job seekers: If you value your privacy, time, and financial security, avoid Prime Cash Offer at all costs. This company is unprofessional, exploitative, and completely unethical. Honestly there is no Cons. I worked with them before in 2021 and left to follow my own dreams and ended up coming back for another position and I don't regret it
