Will just laugh at you and tell you to let it go, keep your head down, and don't say anything. Advice to anyone new going to work there: look around and see how everyone else is working. Watch what they do, how they do it, and more importantly, watch how much they do. Everything goes by seniority, so working harder just means that they will put more work on you while letting lazy people get away with doing less.
