Currently attending the program and it's pretty incredible. We work with real clients and being in person everyday is really helpful for me.

Pros
You get a lot of autonomy, and are involved in changing lives. It's a rare job that involves being technical, and doing real good in individual lives. There's a chance each day for creativity, and a ton of support.
Cons
Prime is a small business, and it has the downsides of a small business. You'll either love the culture (I did), or you won't like it. There's a lot of sausage being made in real time.
