4yGood Afternoon, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are saddened to hear your experience has been less than ideal.
Here at AUHC we strive to cultivate an environment of trust and communication and will be sure to keep your concerns front of mind moving forward, as unheard is the last thing we want our care providers to feel. We pride ourselves in supporting our nurses and make a point to correct any issues related to work that patients/families request, such as doing dishes, that are out of scope of the job. We apologize that in your case this was not addressed appropriately but as an organization this is a policy we strongly enforce.
Mediation: we want you to know that if there is some miscommunication with a supervisor, you may always contact HR to try to resolve the issue.
Pay: We pay the Home Health industry standard, and always have work available for our providers.
