Prime Technical Services Reviews

I recently was offered a job by Prime Technical Services to work on the TSA IMPACT contract and after accepting their offer, I quickly realized that this company does a lot of unethical tricks in an attempt to recruit top tear employees. This started with Prime reaching out to me (I did not apply to any of their positions) in an attempt to get me to interview for a senior position. After I agreed to an interview and was offered a job that meets my preferred compensation the tricks/games started happening. They contacted me 9 days into my role to inform me that they had made an “error” and that I did not qualify for the position that they had offered me. Instead they said I qualified for a lower position and they would be happy to keep me on with about 35% pay cut. Now there are a few issues with this: 1. They reached out to me with a job offer not the other way around 2. The reason they claimed was due to lack of experience claiming that this role requires “15 years of experience” yet in the online form it clearly states that this position needs only “7 years of experience”. 3. They had over 8 weeks to conduct investigations and work on my paper work, so why was this brought up after they asked me to leave my prior position. Tactics like this bring out the true colors of a company. And based on my experience with Prime I strongly recommend both employees and business partners to stop working with this company. Because any company that is willing to do the following to get candidates would probably be doing other unethical things in their day to day business operations.
