The work hard play hard environment is great fun for young new recruiters, the training is great, there are lots of opportunities to get recognised and advance through the company

Cons

Blanket style management, dictator style leadership ( on the sales /commercial division)

Pros

It's better than being unemployed, they hold courses that get you the certificates you need to work.

Cons

First they move the goal posts regarding accrued holidays which actually cost me about £300 in unclaimed holiday entitlement, should be taken NOT by the end of March but by the end of December, nice trick! None of the staff at the Manchester office told me about it even though I was off sick at the time when my holiday entitlement needed to be taken. It wouldn't have been hard for them to inform me as I was in constant contact with the office and I was quite friendly with some of them too. When I confronted the manager about it he more or less admitted that it was company policy NOT to make staff aware of this. Their travel scheme is a complete con. One week I travelled 250 miles and received £2.38 in travel expenses. After some investigation I found out that they apply for travel expenses, receive approximately £30 then charge you a massive fee for doing so leaving the worker with next to nothing. PrimeTime are run by Cordant Group which has only one objective, to become a billion pound corporation. All their recruited staff, mainly immigrants, are desperate for work and they exploit this to the max.
